Pure Red Line Crystal Red Shrimp, also called PRL, are a stunning Red and white species of Caridina that was selectively bred from wild Bee Shrimp.
Our Live Aqua Los Angeles in-house bred (in USA waters) Pure Red Line SSS+ shrimp are our most top-of-the-line Crystal Red Shrimp. They have a thick white shell and beautifully opaque red and white quality. Specific to our Pure Red Line is minimal red except on the head and tail with multicolored red and white coloration that continues down throughout their legs.
They are ?pure red line? because they were bred with a long lineage of only Crystal Red Shrimp to produce the red and white coloration, which will pass down to their offspring as long as they aren?t mixed with other colors of dwarf shrimp.
Our aquariums are indoor, algae-free (no hair algae), snail-free and pest-free. Our shrimp are locally bred by us in Los Angeles. Guaranteed live arrival in damage-free packaging. We will replace any DOA (please see terms and conditions at the bottom)*.

Diet
: They are scavengers that work hard to keep aquascapes and aquariums clean since they eat the available algae and plant matter. In a mature aquariums they will require less food. In less mature aquariums, supplementation of high quality dry foods with high plant content can be fed.

Please use a separate small container to drip acclimate shrimp
your new water parameters
(
about 4-5 seconds between drips). Drip acclimate
for at least 5+ hours minimum.
Never float the breathing bag in your tank when acclimating new shrimp, the membrane won?t be able to work under water and you risk their suffocation.
Shrimp may not be very colorful due to the long trip, but after few days their color will return.
