Description
Early wrought iron boot scraper from the early 1800's in nice condition. Well executed wrought iron. The scraper has extended leg mounts with two mount holes on each leg and were primarily mounted into wood porch steps or overhangs, but can be mounted into concrete or other with the appropriate mount bolts. The mount extensions are 2 1/8" x 1 ". The scraper itself is 6 1/2" high with a 7 1/8" spread across the top which is nicely scrolled on each side. The scrape blade is 5" x 1" in the center where the wear has made it the most narrow. Does not come with mounting bolts as what it is mounted into will determine what type of bolts must be used. Shows appropriate age with minor surface pitting with some light rust. Untouched. (B)Please let us know if you have any questions or need more information. Thank you for viewing our items.
