Description
This is a very nice antique Victorian cabinet latch. Arguably made by Reading Hardware, the pattern was named "Windsor". Dating to the late 19th century, it's cast iron with a T shaped handle. The keeper is newer and a good match. This latch is in good working order with a strong and slightly sticky return spring.
Antique Latch measures 1 5/8" wide and 2 1/4" tall. Keeper is 1/2" wide.
