This auction is for a Coraid SR1521c EtherDrive SAN Storage Array, as pictured.
Former city government property, functional when removed from service, per written description from seller. Clean low time machine, still has factory protective film on top, bottom, and handles. I acquired two identically configured units several years ago, which have been sitting on a shelf in the warehouse unused since that time. The 2nd unit is available also, in case you're interested in both. Powers up fine, with all fans running and green light on front & power supplies. Redundancy of power supplies is good, each carries load individually. Includes 14 Seagate 1TB ST31000340AS hard drives, rack rails also. I don't know how to test this other than described, sold "as is" beyond that. Photos are of actual items being auctioned. Fast shipping, quality packed, online trackable. Weight is about 80 pounds fully loaded, so to reduce buyer shipping cost, the hard drives & sleds will ship in one box, the empty chassis in another. Shipping cost shown is calculated on chassis weight only, so hard drive shipping is free, basically.

Items are described as accurately as possible and if said to be tested and working, then please be assured that is true. If sold "as is", buyer assumes all risk of any untested problem that may be present, with all sales final. I will NEVER auction something with known issues, without mentioning it in the listing, but I buy lots of equipment and sometimes acquire pieces that I either have no expertise to test, or don't have equipment on hand required to perform testing, so in those situations items are sold "as is". Auctions are always "what you see & read is what you get", so if something is not shown in photos or described in text, such as cables, power cords, software, etc., it's probably not included. I'll be happy to answer questions you may have, just please ask before, not after bidding. Sometimes UPS listed shipping will be substituted with FedEx and vice-versa, depending on your location and fastest transit time available.
