Our Refurbishing Process
Physical cleaning inside and outside of chassis
Testing all ports, slots, and bays for functionality
Testing all installed components in configuration ordered
Updating motherboard BIOS and firmware on all Dell/HP components
Every used server is blown out, cleaned and all unwanted stickers removed. We do a complete load of the OS (and then remove) and fully test all components of the server including NICS, USB ports CPU, memory and hard drives to ensure everything is working properly. All of our servers come with all of the needed components such as rail kits and cords. If something is missing it will be completely clear in the listing and highlighted in red. We will not try to hide the fact that our servers are missing something, only to have you open the box and be disappointed.

All of our refurbished servers come standard with either our 90 Day Warranty (upgradeable to 1 Year) or our 1 Year Warranty (upgradeable to 2 or 3 Year) depending on generation and price point. Please refer to the item description section above for duration.
Upgrading to our 3 Year Warranty also upgrades shipping of replacement components to FedEx Overnight. With the 90 Day, 1 Year, and 2 Year Warranty you can pay the difference to have us upgrade the shipping to FedEx Overnight if needed at the time.
What our warranty

All hardware components in your order. If any component is malfunctioning, our technicians will work with you by telephone to diagnose and replace the faulty part right away. The replacement part will include a return label for you to send the malfunctioning one back at our cost, after you install the replacement.
What is
NOT
covered by our warranty:
Cosmetic imperfections; we can only replace parts that negatively impact performance.
We can only offer limited support towards software or driver related issues, i.e. not caused by faulty or malfunctioning hardware.
You must troubleshoot with our technicians to resolve issues; we cannot send replacements without first working with you to verify the cause.
Many
new
items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Feel free to ask us for details on specific items.

Returns must be shipped back

We can't refund damaged returns.
If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind or any other reason that is not the fault of Orange Computers: Within the first 14 days of placing the order, there is no restocking fee. We only require you to cover the shipping costs.
After 14 days, we will refund the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.
After 30 days, we are no longer able to accept returns. If you return an item to us after 30 days, you may not receive any refund.

Packaging
All of our servers are carefully packed in locally sourced custom made packaging materials (2.2Mil foam and 350lb double wall boxes) to ensure that your order arrives safe and in good operating condition. Each server ships separately packaged, and in some cases we will ship components in a separate box to further reduce the chances of damage in transit. Occasionally equipment can become damaged in transit without it being obvious on the packaging. If you do receive damaged equipment please do not discard any packaging, and contact us right away.
For large quantity orders, sometimes freight shipping can cost less. Please feel free to ask us for a freight quote on larger orders, such as 10+ servers.
