The Teorema is the new espresso machine from Faema, synonymous with the Italian tradition of espresso. Designed to exemplify the perfect balance between design and optimum performance, Teorema offers coffee-making professionals a new, contemporary style of service. Clean, Linear Style
Linear and understated, the Teorema design is decidedly refined. The purity of the white body in die-cast aluminum and the steel of the back panel are made even more appealing by the color contrast created by the blue LEDs on the selection panel. The spacious work area is lit up, making tasks easier. Finally, the slanted portafilters make this machine extremely comfortable to use.
Autosteam Milk4
Together with the patented Autosteam technology of Faema which can dispense steam mixed with air, the steam wand of Teorema also allows you to mount or heat even small amounts of milk, approximately 50cc.
It can produce 4 different milk recipes – steamed milk, little foam, standard foam, and plenty of foam. Furthermore, the temperature and emulsion level can be programmed and modified directly by the barista for each of these 4 selections.
Smart Boiler
The patented Smart Boiler technology increases the performance levels of hot water and steam while optimizing the water level in the boiler. This ensures thermal balance so you can consistently have a perfect cup even under conditions of maximum use.
Advanced Electronics
Teorema uses advanced electronics to ensure top performance and practicality. It adopts the Bluetooth system to communicate with the MD 3000 On-demand grinder; in this way, grinding and dosing are regulated to always ensure a perfect espresso.
Food Safety with Ruveco Teck
Quality and food safety are always on top of the list with Faema. All machine parts that come into contact with water and steam are treated with Ruveco Teck which is a special covering treatment to significantly reduce the release of metals into the dispensed drinks.
Energy Savings
Teorema gives importance to energy savings while improving performance at the same time. It has a standby function that lowers the boiler pressure when the machine is not dispensing but can immediately resume full operating status in just 60-90 seconds. Also, the boiler is insulated to minimize heat loss and gives energy savings of about 24%.
