HPE MSA 1040 SAN Storage Dual Controller with 11x 600gb 15k drive - 12bay. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I bought this from a company and was going to use it for media server at home. I didn't realized all san storage are loud. It's made to be in a enclosed room due to sound, which I don't have. There is one controller I keep getting message not connected, but I can managed it. That's why the price is dropped from 1k cause controller cost that much incase you need to order one. Maybe you can upload new firmware or play with it. I don't have the time for it and maybe someone does. Also i did buy 12 drives but one has failed on me. I will ship the bad drive to you so you can have the case for a replacement. It does come with 3 g-bits but not the cable. Once you have purchased the item I can make the IP static or dhcp and give you the username and password. That way you don't have to go through the CLI.
