Pair of 2 Vintage Salvage Decorative Brass Door Straps Hardware Parts

Up for sale is a Pair/Lot of 2 Vintage Antique Brass Door Decorative Straps Architectural Salvage Hardware Parts.  I obtained these from an estate/auction & are being sold for parts / restoration / repair.  I'm not sure  exactly what they were used for - they "bend" over to sit on the edge of a door (sort of like hinges). They look to be a decorative piece or maybe has a horizontal push plate. They are unmarked & weigh almost 1 lb together.   10 3/8" long x 3 3/4" tall.  The section that is bent over to sit on the corner of a door is 1 5/8" deep.  They have a vintage weathered patina showing discoloration, metal tarnish, scratches/scuffs, dirt - debris etc....
