Vintage Napkin/paper towel holder.  Morgan Paper company.  United States Envelope co.  Its a wall mount holder.  Still has some napkins INSIDE!!!!  I do NOT have a key and have not gotten it open.
There is some rust and pitting on the outside.
I try to describe items to the best of my ability.  I provide pictures of all damages/flaws.  As I try to note all damages/flaws,  If for any reason I do not list in description it will be shown in pictures.
My items are vintage and a lot come from estate sales, I cannot guarantee that they came from a pet/smoke free home.
